Quirk, Esq. recently joined Sands Anderson PC’s Richmond office bringing a significant medical malpractice defense, civil rights litigation, professional liability defense, and vaccine injury practice, announced firm president Margaret F. Hardy.

McNelis most recently was a partner at Rawls McNelis. He has a significant practice focused on malpractice defense, civil rights, and correctional healthcare litigation. In March 2017, McNelis was jointly recognized with Grace Morse-McNelis, who joined Sands Anderson in June 2017, for the most trial defense victories of any attorney throughout the country by TeamHealth at their 24th Annual TeamHealth Defense Attorney Seminar.

Muldowney most recently practiced at Rawls McNelis. She has significant experience representing professionals, medical providers, correctional healthcare providers, jails, constitutional officers in medical malpractice, Section 1983 defense, and professional liability defense. She also represents vaccine injured petitioners in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Rodriguez, MD, JD most recently practiced at Rawls McNelis. He brings a practice of representing healthcare providers before boards of medicine, defending malpractice claims and representing petitioners of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Prior to receiving his law degree from The College of William & Mary, Rodriguez was a practicing primary care physician and has been certified by the American Board of Family Medicine since 1994. He received his medical degree from National University of Ireland, Galway and completed a residency program in Family Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Area Health Education Center South and is licensed to practice medicine in Arkansas, Florida, Virginia and the Republic of Ireland.
