RICHMOND, Va. (April 12, 2023) – Sands Anderson PC is pleased to announce that Jeremiah Yourth has joined the firm’s Richmond office as Counsel. Yourth will serve as a trusted legal advisor to clients seeking guidance on a wide range of real estate and business matters.
Yourth represents developers, lenders, and investors in the acquisition, development, financing, construction, renovation, leasing, management, and disposition of commercial real estate.
He also helps business clients and entrepreneurs at all stages of their business development, regularly negotiating and drafting complex organizational documents pertaining to business purchases, startups, and on‑going business matters. His experience includes general corporate matters as well as counsel regarding contracts, corporate transactions, and sales of businesses.

Yourth also has experience litigating a variety of matters in both state and federal courts.
