RICHMOND, Va. (April 24, 2023) – Sands Anderson today announced it will be relocating its Richmond office to a modern, collaborative workspace designed to enhance teamwork and client service. The new office is located on the 22nd and 23rd floors of Truist Place at 919 Main Street. The space is approximately 34,700 square feet and will be operational on February 1, 2024.
Sands Anderson’s new office features the latest trends in the legal industry, including more huddle rooms and collaboration spaces, upgraded conference rooms, and plenty of natural light, providing lawyers and legal professionals the environment they need to better serve clients. The move aligns with the firm’s new strategic plan focusing on growing its business, government, and litigation practices.

Sands Anderson’s Richmond office has been located on the 23rd and 24th floors of the Bank of America building since 2010. The firm’s current space is approximately 38,800 square feet. The move to a slightly smaller, more effective space will enable the firm to optimize its operations while creating an open, hospitable space for clients as well as attorneys and professional staff.
