RICHMOND, Va. (March 3, 2023) – Sands Anderson PC today announced Elizabeth “Liz” Coleman has joined the firm as Talent Acquisition Manager. Coleman, who has extensive background in the legal recruiting industry, will be spearheading Sands Anderson’s strategic growth initiative and expanding the firm’s roster of talented attorneys in Virginia, North Carolina and beyond.
Coleman has more than 15 years of experience sourcing and acquiring talent in the legal industry. She closed Coleman Professional Recruiting LLC, a consulting business focused on recruiting legal professionals, to join Sands Anderson. Her experience includes helping law firms create, build, and maintain a healthy new talent pipeline and identifying law firm merger and acquisition opportunities.
